THE CATALYST OFFERS TWO DIFFERENT LUNCH EXPERIENCES.

THE FIRST IS A TYPICAL BUFFET EVENT.  PLATTERS AND BASKETS OF DELICIOUS FOOD SET UP FOR THE GUESTS TO HELP THEMSELVES AND BUILD THEIR OWN PLATES.  SECOND IS A GRAB AND GO, OR BOXED LUNCH CONCEPT WHERE THE EACH ITEMS IS PREPARED AND INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED, READY TO PICK UP, UNWRAP, AND EAT.
